Expat AC has experimented and created the most comprehensive coil clean process to ensure the air you breathe after passing the cooling coil is cold, crisp, fresh and clean! 

We decommission your system to allow us to strip down the internal unit entirely and physically remove the coil, fan motor, assembly and cowlings. We then pre-wash the coil to remove surface dirt, mold and dust. Once clear, we then chemically treat and pressure wash until totally clean. The coil is then rinsed thoroughly before being allowed to dry before re-installing. Once in place, we then sanitize the coil and re-gas and commission the system.
